Note: We're closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. All other national holidays rent at Saturday rates.

8 hour Wedding & Reception Package (top^)
We strive to offer you a stress-free wedding, so you will have: 3 hours for photographs, 4 hours for your wedding and reception, 1 hour to gather your belongings and check out (by 10 p.m.), plus 1 (complimentary) hour for rehearsal at a time and date that works for the both of us. See what's included in our rental package. A non-refundable deposit of $750 (which will be applied to the rental price) and a signed contract reserves your date.

5 hour Wedding & Reception Package (top^)
Come dressed and ready for your big day, this package includes 4 hours for your wedding and reception, and 1 hour to gather your belongings and check out (by 10 p.m.), plus 1 (complimentary) hour for rehearsal, at a time and date that works for the both of us. When our calendar allows, you may choose our 11 a.m.-4 p.m. time slot or our 5 p.m.-10 p.m. time slot. See what's included in our rental package. A non-refundable deposit of $500 (which will be applied to the rental price) and a signed contract reserves your date.

Wedding-Only Package (3 Hours) (top^)
This package is tailored to the couple who wants to enjoy the beauty and serenity of a gracious garden wedding and then boogie the night away at another venue. The rental time for this package is 10 am to 1 pm (unless the evening rental on your date is a 5 hour Wedding and Reception, then your 3 hour rental may be from noon to 3 p.m.). This package includes: 2 hours for photographs and 1 hour for your wedding, plus 1 (complimentary) hour for rehearsal, at a time and date that works for the both of us. See what's included in our rental package. A non-refundable deposit of $300 (which will be applied to the rental price) and a signed contract reserves your date.

Non-Wedding Event (4 or 8 Hours) (top^)
The open, airy gallery at The Farmhouse at The Cutting Garden comfortably seats 50 theater-style, or 40 at tables, and is ideal for any number of types of events including parties or business meetings. Our Farmhouse, with its extensive gardens and grounds, has been described as the most intimate and refreshing "convention center" on the Olympic Peninsula. Just a relaxing ferry ride, plus a 55-mile scenic drive west of Seattle, and you will be transported to true mind-calming Northwest Country. A refundable $200 damage deposit and a signed contract reserves your date.
